This one came in as a trade-in from a customer who upgraded to a higher QSA level. Excellent condition. The red sticker has fallen off — that's cosmetic and easily replaced — but the unit is otherwise perfect.

How It Works

Simple. Plug your power cord into the QSA adapter, then plug the adapter into the wall or your power conditioner. That's the entire installation. The effects take a day or two to fully emerge — longer for the higher-level models, but the Red shows itself relatively quickly. More inner detail. Better PRAT. A more natural character to everything. Less of that electronic edge that you don't notice until it's gone.

We've found it behaves more like the fuses than the QSA outlets do — the reason for that isn't entirely clear to us, but the pattern is consistent.
