Many high-end transports and DACs offer BNC for their coaxial connection: a locking connector that holds the precise impedance digital audio prefers. The frontRow BNC S/PDIF gives that connection Audience's frontRow technologies.

The Design

frontRow is where Audience introduced MORRE (Musically Optimized Reduction of Resistive Energy), the umbrella for its most advanced technologies, and where it reserves its Proprietary Metallurgy Technology (PMT). Audience likens PMT to the rifling in a barrel: it treats the 99.9999% pure OCC copper conductors so the signal travels a freer, more direct path. Every frontRow cable then goes through Audience's Extreme High Voltage Process (EHVP) and deep cryogenic treatment, and each is handmade in San Marcos, California.

How It Sounds
