The Design

The forte f3 distills more than two decades of Audience power cord design into an entry-level cord. It uses 10 AWG stranded copper conductors in a geometry Audience designed to reject noise, and it's built to be flexible and rugged. Like all Audience products, it's handmade in San Marcos, California.

How It Sounds

Audience built the f3 to bring its voicing to the widest range of systems: natural, open, and quiet, at an accessible price. Reviewers found it flexible and solidly built, and the forte line earned praise as a worthwhile step up from stock cords.

Where It Fits

Use the f3 on source components, a DAC, a streamer, or a power distributor. It sits at the bottom of Audience's cord lineup, below the forte f5 and Studio ONE. It's also the cord included with the forte V8 Power.
