The Design

Audience built the Reserve on its award-winning frontRow cables, then blended a judicious amount of high-purity silver into frontRow's proven copper conductor geometry. Copper brings warmth and natural tonal weight; the silver adds speed, openness, and top-end detail. The result keeps everything listeners love about frontRow and lets more of the music through.

Audience also embeds its own formulation of natural crystal materials inside the cable, tuned to absorb high-frequency noise, and wraps everything in a new EMI/RFI-resistant outer sleeve with additional internal shielding. Less noise means a blacker background, so the small details of a recording, the room reverb, the breath before a phrase, the decay of a cymbal, come forward on their own.

Myles B. Astor of Positive Feedback, who has heard every Audience cable in his system, described the Reserve interconnects as possessing a much lower noise floor, better dynamics, and dazzling speed. Audience voices the series to illuminate the music from the lower midrange up, with instruments that feel more tactile and immediate.
