When you contact Tweek Geek, you're reaching me directly — the owner, with 40+ years as an audiophile and 20+ in the business. As a one-man operation, I want to give every customer my full attention, which is why I ask that you start with an email.

Email gets you the fastest, most focused response. I typically reply within a couple of hours (8am–4pm), with my full attention on your question.
Phone calls are welcome — and if a conversation makes sense after your initial email, we'll set aside dedicated time for it.
Voicemails are returned around 2pm CST, Monday–Friday. If you call before then, leave a detailed message and I'll get back to you by 2pm or within 24 hours.
