All Grand Activation cables are treated with MMAT. A proprietary process that lowers the noise floor, and produces a highly resolving, fluid, natural sound. Our Take

The initial impressions we heard were that of an excellent copper speaker cable. They brought warmth, excellent soundstage height and depth, controlled, articulate bass, glorious vocals, and a very detailed, layered treble. The treble on the SC-2000 was darker than our reference Hapa Silver Aero speaker cables.  Not a bad thing at all, just different. 

Layering and soundstage are the strong suits. No surprise since the MMAT technology seems to affect those traits greatly. Naturalness is also an effect of MMAT, and the SC-2000 speaker cables shined in this regard as well. 

After the long and roller coaster like break in period, we really enjoyed the natural, "lit from within" and spacious presentation of the SC-2000. There was zero listening fatigue, just immersive and natural sound that'll make one forget the time and just bathe in the music.

I would recommend these speaker cables for solid state systems, or systems that may be a bit lean or dry sounding.
