The Vessel Power Cable

The name is honest. The Vessel is the container for the QSA process — a high-quality medical-grade power cord with 14-gauge wire that we send to QSA for their proprietary treatment. The cord comes back looking exactly the same. What has changed is not visible to the eye.

Why This Exists

QSA's treatments — applied to fuses, receptacles, and breakers — consistently deliver a particular set of sonic benefits: greater naturalness, improved PRAT, more dimensional soundstage, better low-level resolution. The question we wanted to answer was whether that same treatment applied to a power cord would deliver comparable results.

It does. Hence The Vessel.

The Levels

• The Vessel I: Adds top-end sparkle and air over standard Violet QSA processing. Synergizes particularly well with the Vessel platform. Rich and natural with more air and low-level detail than the standard Violet
• The Vessel II: Our personal favorite at this level. Natural, rich, dimensional. Bass is fast and articulate with real depth. Midrange is textured and present. Highs are sweet without being rolled. The most musically satisfying level for a lot of systems
• The Vessel B/R (Black/Red): More focused on detail and image density than the Horn Red. Center image becomes more solid and three-dimensional. Space behind and beyond the speakers becomes more convincing. The classic QSA smoothness is present but on a foundation of greater resolution. Available by special order.
• The Vessel G (Gold): This is as far as 99% of our customers will ever go. It digs incredibly deep into the music, and  reproduces it with an almost physical presence. It is an emotionally engaging and moving experience to hear the effects of this cord on your components. The level of information retrieval, smoothness, and naturalness are beyond any other cord we sell at any price. Available by special order.

The Audition Program

We've prepared a specific audition package: one Vessel at each level plus three Sonic Tonic power cords — physically identical, untreated. You can hear one, two, or all three Vessel levels in your system and compare directly against the untreated cord. We want your curiosity and your skepticism both engaged. The comparison speaks for itself.

The Vessel is a Tweek Geek original product. We haven't sought press coverage — the audition program is our press. Customers who have tried it through the audition program and purchased have been consistent in their responses. We're happy to share those privately.
