Returns at TweekGeek
We want every component to be right for your system before you commit to it. That is why we built our $49 in-home audition program: borrow nearly anything we carry, listen in your own system over a weekend or two, and decide with your own ears. When you buy, we credit the audition fee back. See how in-home auditions work.
Returns are issued as store credit
Returns on new items are credited to your TweekGeek account as store credit, good toward anything we carry. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Store credit which only expires upon use.
Requirements for full credit
- The item comes back in like-new condition.
- The original box, packing materials, manuals, and every accessory come back with it.
- Returns missing original packaging or showing wear carry a restocking charge of 15-25%, depending on the case.
Shipping costs on returns
Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your order shipped free and you return an item that works as intended, the original shipping cost is deducted from your store credit. If we made the mistake, such as shipping the wrong item, we cover shipping both ways.
Defective items
If an item arrives defective, we replace it or issue store credit, and we pay the return shipping. Report a defect within 7 days of delivery. Beyond that window, the manufacturer's warranty applies, and we help you work through the claim with the manufacturer.

If you buy an audition-eligible item without auditioning it first, returns for sound or system match follow the store credit terms above.

Used and demo items
Used and demo items are final sale. They are sold without warranty unless the product page states otherwise.
How to start a return
With an account: open your past order in My Account, choose the items, and tell us the reason for the return.
Without an account: email sales@tweekgeek.com or call 303-653-6341 with your order number, the items, and the reason. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 24 hours, and your store credit is issued within 5 business days of receipt.
