Innuos has authorized trade-in credits equaling up to a 30% discount on the Zen NG or Zenith NG with the trade-in of one of the above mentioned Innuos products. This credit is determined by the condition of the trade-in, and the year it was produced.
- For items produced in 2023-2024, the trade in maximum credit is 30%
- For products produced in 2021-2022, the trade in maximum credit is 20%
- For products produced in 202o or before, the trade in maximum credit is 15%
How The Process Works
Contact us with the model and serial number of the Innuos product you now own and wish to trade in. Let us know whether you are looking to trade up to a Zen or Zenith NG. We will contact you once we have your information and present you with an offer. If you accept the offer, we will collect the balance due, and order your new Innuos streamer. Once you receive your new Innuos streamer, you will box up your trade in and send it to Tweek Geek.
