QSA Orange-Violet Ethernet Adapter — Sending End
QSA Orange-Violet Ethernet Adapter — Sending End
Single unit for the sending end of your Ethernet cable — the end connecting to your switch or router. The cable from this adapter then runs to your streamer. The adapter applies QSA's treatment to the Ethernet connection at the point where network noise enters the audio path.
Sending vs. Receiving End
QSA Ethernet adapters are directional and end-specific. This adapter is for the sending end — the switch or router side. For maximum effect, pair it with a receiving-end adapter at the streamer. A single adapter on the sending end addresses noise from the network infrastructure before it travels down the cable; the receiving-end adapter addresses it at the final connection point before the streamer's input.
Orange-Violet Level
Orange-Violet falls between Red and Orange in the QSA treatment hierarchy. It delivers the fundamental QSA character — lower noise floor, wider soundstage, more natural presentation — with a particular emphasis on naturalness and musical engagement over analytical detail. A good level for systems that are already resolving and benefit from a more musical presentation.
