Each conductor in the AC-55 Bulk power cable consists of a total of 105 strands of .26mm OCC copper (Approximately 10 Gauge), with a copper foil shield. The conductors are spaced with cotton, and also wrapped in a layer of cotton to separate the conductors from the shield. It's a well thought out design with high quality materials.
What makes it outstanding is the MMAT treatment the conductor receives. If you are familiar with QSA products, then you have already experienced what MMAT tech does for sound quality. This is a proprietary treatment that only 2 manufacturers in the world are using. QSA and Grand Activation. This treatment takes an already very promising design to levels of performance that you would ordinarily pay thousands of dollars for.
Just add your own connectors, and you have a very high quality power cord for a fraction of the cost of brand name cords.
We recommend the Furutech FI-50 NCF, or the Oyaide M1 & F1 palladium plated series connectors.
